Gourmet expert Gordon Ramsay shared that he felt shaken after a terrible cycling mishap in the US.
In a video via virtual entertainment, he showed huge purple injuries on his middle that required clinic care. Addressing "every one of the fathers out there" before Father's Day, the star of Ramsay's Kitchen Bad dreams and Damnation's Kitchen stressed the requirement for wearing a cap.
"It doesn't matter to me how short the ride is," he said, noticing that children must wear caps while cycling.
"I need to wish you every one of the a blissful Dad's Day, yet if it's not too much trouble, if it's not too much trouble, kindly wear a head protector. In the event that I didn't, truly, I wouldn't be here at this point."
On Instagram, he posted when pictures showing the harm to his protective cap. Ramsay said the mishap happened recently in Connecticut. The 57-year-old expressed gratitude toward the injury specialists and medical caretakers at Lawrence and Dedication Clinic who dealt with him.
He guaranteed fans that he broke no bones or experience significant wounds except for was "a piece wounded up seeming to be a purple potato."
